What if the chain breaks?

While our jewelry is meant to last forever, we know sometimes things happen! If your jewelry comes off within 60 days, just bring it back in for a free reward or replacement (if there is a chain flaw).

Please note that we cannot replace lost items.

What if I have to have the bracelet taken off for medical reasons?

Accepted Answer

We offer a free reweld if you need to have your jewelry cut off for medical reasons. We do ask that you be sure to cut it off at the weld site or schedule an appointment for us to cut it off.

All other rewelds will have a $10 fee.

What is the jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry is gold-filled or sterling silver!

We can custom order solid gold chain with a 1-2 week turn around ($125+).
